  • Average agent split: ~90%
  • Transaction fee: $250
  • Broker fee: Only 0.2% of the sales price
  • No desk fees, no franchise fees, no monthly charges
  • No E&O fees unless you close fewer than 5 deals per year (then it’s just $75/month)
  • One-time onboarding fee: $350
  • Annual renewal fee: $350
